Ashford Ladies extended their lead at the top of the division by thrashing Clapham Reserves 14-1 at The Robert Parker Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

Ashley Cheatley, Lavana Neufville, and Irisha Smith and all scored hatricks as Ashford ran riot in this one sided affair.

Cheatley’s two hatricks saw her reach an impressive milestone for Ashford Ladies, scoring 100 goals in only 25 appearances.

More great news for Tangerine followers would have been the site of Beth Sheehan, who played an hour for the first time since her injury in pre season.

Clapham Reserves scored a goal in the 70th minute direct from a free kick.

Neufville however, capped of a fine performance by scoring a diving header at the death meeting Holly Issacs pinpoint cross.

Ashford Ladies continue their unbeating start to the season, scoring 56 goals.

It’s cup action next week as Ashford make the short trip to Larkspur Rovers in the third Round of the Capital Cup.
