Ashford Ladies extended their lead at the top of the table to nine points with victory against Club Langley in the final game of the year at The Robert Parker Stadium.

Laura Huse and Ashley Cheatley scored from close range in the first half to put Ashford into a commanding lead.

The home side didn’t give Club Langley a sniff at goal with Paige Pantlin and Huse standing strong at the back.

After the break Jessica Boyd and Frida Larsson both grabbed their first goals in Ashford colours before high-flying Ashfley Cheatley found the net again.

This win sees Ashford maintain their 100 per cent record, extend their lead at the top of the league and take their goal-scoring tally to over one hundred goals for the season.
