Club Langley 0 Ashford Town (Middlesex) Ladies 18

Ashford Ladies continued their remarkable start to the season with an 18-0 thumping over Club Langley. Ashford made the hour long trip (two hours for some) to South East London looking to maintain their 100% record so far this season and did just that.

Irisha Smith who was playing her second game for Ashford scored soon after before player of the match Peart scored a left footed screamer from 20 yards, lobbing the goalkeeper.

Lavana Neufville added to her tally for the season, Cheatley scored three more before the break and Smith grabbed two more to complete her hatrick.

Ashford went in at half time 9-0 up and returned in the second half with a similar tempo and quality to their play.

Cheatley scored three more to take her tally to eight in the game after some fantastic predatory forward play in and around the penalty box. Claire Samuels and grabbed two after being denied a number of chances by the opposition goalkeeper. Lavana grabbed another, Laura Huse scored a wonder goal before Amber Luzar grabbed her first in all competitions with a superb striker from the edge of the box.

This 18-0 victory sees Ashford top of the league with a goal difference of +33 heading into next weeks home game against London Phoenix.
